Catering Manager, Stacey Sullivan, has more than 25 years in hospitality industries, serving from positions of Hostess to General Manager (as well as being an accomplished chef). Stacey has the perfect combination of management and promotion experience to make every event a success!

 Arthur Stewart, Banquet Lead

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Arthur has spent the past 19 years working in the food and beverage industry. After a restaurant career that lead him through Montana, Wyoming, Texas, Colorado, Michigan and Florida, he finally settled into Banquets and Eugene, Oregon, where he spent seven years working as a Banquet Captain before joining the Shadow Hills team in 2016.

When not at work, Arthur can often be found on the beach or behind a large amount of raw oysters, enjoying the beautiful Oregon coast.

Garrett Dare, Banquet Lead

Born and raised in Escondido, California, Garrett has spent the last 10 years working in the food service industry in the positions of server, hostman, and bartender while continuing to pursue his career as a graphic designer, animator, and illustrator.  Garrett attended Palomar College in California and is currently finishing his degree at the University of Oregon.

When Garrett isn’t hard at work setting up and servicing Shadow Hills events, he can be found enjoying the Oregon outdoors with his wife or creating new artwork!
