Kayla Marshall, Catering Sales Manager
Kayla came to Shadow Hills in the winter of 2017. She grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and graduated with a BS in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico, with an emphasis in Event Management. Kayla moved to Oregon in 2012 after an internship opportunity at a Spring Training facility in Phoenix, Arizona, working for the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians ballpark. She spent a little under 4 years as the Catering Sales Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield before finding herself at Shadow Hills. Kayla got married at Shadow Hills in the summer of 2016, and has since fallen in love with the atmosphere and venue that is Shadow Hills.
Arthur Stewart, Banquet Lead
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Arthur has spent the past 19 years working in the food and beverage industry. After a Restaurant career that lead him through Montana, Wyoming, Texas, Colorado, Michigan and Florida, he finally settled into Banquets and Eugene, Oregon, where he spent seven years working as a Banquet Captain before joining the Shadow Hills team in 2016.
When not at work Arthur can often be found on the beach or behind a large amount of raw oysters, enjoying the beautiful Oregon coast.
Giselle Casiano, Catering Assistant
Giselle has had a variety of professional experiences, with degrees in Culinary Arts and Photography; but what she is most passionate about is customer service. She has background in the hospitality and foodservice industry. Being part of a fast-paced environment for years made her develop the skills of time management, multitasking, and customer service became a top priority. Giselle loves being part of the Shadow Hills Country Club team, and goes out of her way to make sure that even the smallest details are done to perfection.
Giselle was born and raised in San German Puerto Rico. She likes to explore Oregon, take photos and spend time with her family and pets.
