We are located in a gorgeous, peaceful rural setting, just 15 minutes from Downtown Eugene. Even though we are a private country club, our banquet facility is open to ALL members of the community!
We specialize in Business Meetings, Company Parties, Anniversaries & Birthdays, Class Reunions, Holiday Parties, and Family Gatherings.

At Shadow Hills, we strive to exceed our guest’s expectations with every interaction and provide you with a seamless experience. We believe in word of mouth advertising and understand that if you are delighted, you will tell your friends about us. We offer a fully equipped meeting space that can accommodate groups from 10 to 300 people in our new clubhouse.

We recently hosted a Celebration of Life at Shadow Hills Country Club.  The event was fantastic from first meeting until the end of the party.  Planning with Melinda was a very easy, organized and detailed meeting. I left our one meeting (about 30 minutes) knowing that everything was in place and I had no worries. Arriving at the venue we were greeted by an awesome staff that had everything in place, ready to go. We had help with the excellent audio/visual set up.  Our guests raved about the food and praised the staff. I am so glad that my daughter suggested Shadow Hills, they made a tough day the best it could have been.
I will use this facility in the future. Thanks to all the staff at Shadow Hills Country Club.
